Ross Anderson grew up in the Seattle
area and was greatly influenced by his father, architect Ralph
Anderson. Ross graduated from the University of Washington in 1984
with a BA in Architecture and subsequently earned a BS in Building
Construction in 1986. Anderson started Anderson Design &
Construction in 1986. A strong passion to connect the design process
and the construction phases has led to numerous successful
design-build ventures. Anderson is an AIA Member and is a licensed
architect in Washington and Hawaii.
Also a Northwest native, Stephan Collier
graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in
Architecture in 1980, and a Masters of Architecture in 1986. Collier
was also greatly mentored and influenced by architect Ralph
Anderson. Stephan worked with Ralph Anderson at Anderson, Koch, and
Smith from 1988-2002. Collier is a licensed architect in Washington.
